JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring decision-making
• Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, and support career growth and succession planning, create PowerPoint slides for new employee training purposes
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in legislation that may impact the organization
• Guide and support management in HR-related decision-making, providing advice and assistance on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges to support the achievement of company goals
• IT administration tasks to support the company employees. 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• At least 5+ years of Back Office experience (HR, Accounting, IT Admin) 
• At least 3+ years of working as a HR/GA manager 
• Strong English (TOEIC 700 and above)  
• Ability to work independently and support superiors effectively 

• Up to $1200 (Gross) Salary, depending on the candidate's experience and ability 
• Bonus (13th month salary) 
• Insurance system abiding to Vietnamese Law
